Three steps, about two minutes. After that we check for schedule updates every 6 hours and keep TeamSnap right through April 30.

Connect TeamSnap You sign in on TeamSnap's own page, so we never see or store your password — TeamSnap just tells us which teams are yours and that you're allowed to add games.

Pay for the season $35 once, covers everything to April 30. Not a subscription. It goes to $40 once the first games drop.

Pick your team We'll guess which GTHL team you are from your TeamSnap team name — you just confirm it.

Games appear as soon as the league posts them. If your division isn't up yet, TeamSnap stays empty until it is — then we load what's there and email you. The GTHL posts the rest in batches all season; those arrive on their own too. Nothing to check, nothing to chase.

You need to be a manager of your team in TeamSnap. Only managers can have games added to their schedule — that's TeamSnap's rule, not ours. If you're not sure, sign in with the account you use to edit your team's schedule. We'll check before taking any payment, and tell you straight away if it won't work.

Connect TeamSnap BenchBot only ever adds and edits games on the one team you choose. We never message your roster and never see your payment details.
